While in college in Vermont during the early 2000s I became fascinated with the local craft beer market in New England. After graduation in 2005 I was able to get an entry level production job working on the packaging line at the iconic Harpoon Brewery in downtown Boston and eventually worked my way up to Senior Brewer. In 2015, after nine years at Harpoon and having worked in all facets of commercial brewing, I decided to team up with Adam Romanow in opening Castle Island Brewing Co. in Norwood, MA where I manage all areas of brewing operations.

Adam spends his time putting dents in the universe. He owns Aritchbrand, which helps brands grow, communicate and do the right thing, and plays guitar in The Lights Out, a music and light project that takes people on a trip through parallel worlds. During business hours, Adam has helped clients appear in outlets like the BBC, New York Times, Fast Company, TIME and Newsweek. After-hours, Adam has performed at South By Southwest, written songs picked up by MTV and been featured in Billboard. Sara and her sister, Kate, co-founded Ajiri Tea Company in 2009. The goal of Ajiri is to create a sustainable cycle of employment and education and, of course, a delicious cup of tea! The word "Ajiri" means "to employ" in Swahili. They currently employ about 60 women to handcraft the labels for the tea and coffee boxes using dried bark from banana trees. The tea is handpicked on small farms in Kenya, and Ajiri purchases it directly from a cooperative of small-scale farmers. Using the same model as Newman's Own, Ajiri donates 100% of profits to their non-profit to pay school fees for orphans. This year, they are sponsoring 30 students in school. Sara lives in Somerville and works out of the MassChallenge office space.

**Josiah George** spends most of his days in 1773 colonial Boston as the Assistant Creative Manager for the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum. Much of his time is spent in future planning and projects. In addition to maintaining the daily museum experience efforts, he co-directs and produces the annual Boston Tea Party reenactment each December. He also portrays John Adams in the museum’s original presentation of the letters of John and Abigail Adams. Josiah brings 17 years of professional theater experience as a stage manager, director, production manager, and stage and voice over actor and is a proud member of both Actor’s Equity and the American Guild of Musical Artists. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Josiah has worked as a stage manager for Boston Lyric Opera, Stoneham Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre and directed shows for Stoneham Theatre, Boston Opera Collaborative, Artists Collective Theatre, and Riverside Theatreworks. Josiah resides in the City of Presidents, with his wife and two children
