**Britt Vitello** has taught endurance and strength training over the last eight years and opened her own fitness studio at the age of 26, which she eventually merged with top studios in Boston. Britt currently works as an instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp and takes a no-nonsense approach in her fitness classes, which drives clients to be mentally and physically strong. In addition to the in-person classes Britt normally offers, she has also branched out into virtual personal fitness classes as well as started a YouTube channel.

**Dr. Luana Marques ** is the Director of Community Psychiatry PRIDE at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School (HMS). Dr. Marques is a national and international expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBTs) and a leader in bringing science-backed mental health practices to everyone. Her decades of clinical and research experience implementing evidence-based practices encompass all types of roles and settings, from front-line staff to CEOs, diverse communities to organizations, both in the US and globally. **Dr. Nikki Weiner ** OTD, OTR/L, AOEAS is a licensed occupational therapist and co-founder of The Rising Workplace. Trained as an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOEAS), Nikki leads The Rising Workplace’s office, healthcare and home office ergonomic teams. Nikki performs workplace ergonomic assessment, consulting, and training in settings that range from corporate to home offices. Nikki’s work centers on the dynamic relationship between personal, environmental, and occupational factors in the workplace, with outcomes focused on employee engagement, performance and well-being. Her areas of clinical expertise include task analysis, assessment, and cognitive intervention. Other professional roles include serving as a clinical educator, researcher, and practitioner in the adult neuro-rehabilitation field. Nikki’s professional work has been published in The American Journal of Occupational Therapy, OTJR: Occupation, Participation, and Health, and Today in OT magazine.

**David Weiner, ** MSW, LCSW leads the Rising Workplace’s emotional and social health services. In addition to having a hand in workplace mental health program development, David provides on-site services to the North Carolina region and remote services nationwide. David partners with companies to better understand and improve how their comprehensive workplace experience affects employee engagement, performance and retention. He has experience as an educator, practitioner and administrator in behavioral and organizational health. David is an experienced speaker and instructor, facilitating workshops for organizations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act National Symposium, Western North Carolina Human Resources Association, The American Society for Safety Professionals, and The Goodwill Business Advisory Council. David earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia.
