It was an honor this week to host legendary bass player Ron Carter for our third jazz show hosted by Eric Jackson. One final show next week; Wednesday at 3 pm. These shows have been a success and as I always say, music is our sweet spot here at the BPL studio.
But there was also a sweet Marathon on Monday and Jim and Margery broadcast live. It was our third year there and even though the library is the operations center and the BPL is officially closed, we’re allowed to be there. It’s a great spot not only to see the runners cross the finish line but to have both the mayor and police commissioner stop by.
Tuesday and Friday are Boston Public Radio all the way. 11 to 2 pm. And Wednesday is our last show for jazz month. Stop by our studio for another live performance and good conversation OR watch on WGBH.org at 3pm
