Alabama Shakes took the stage at Blue Hills Bank Pavilion for a sold out concert on Friday, and proceeded to shake Boston to it’s roots with their particular brand of bluesy-funk. The songs brought the audience to its feet in a raucous show filled with lead singer Brittany Howard’s signature voice, and growly Sister Rosetta Tharpe-meets-Joe Cocker style.
