Avid listeners of Boston Public Radio may have heard Jim and Margery, the king and queen of liverwurst in a tube and prune chicken respectively, claim their skepticism about the existence of delicious vegan food.
So dubious was their belief in a satiable vegan meal that they set forth a challenge to all their vegan listeners: Prove to us that that vegan food can taste good. Only two listeners were so brave to head the call, Lorelei Plotczyk and Craig Tamble. The husband and wife duo run the vegan blog Eat Plants/Drink Beer.
They joined Boston Public Radio for the news quiz and to convince Jim and Margery of the value of vegan food.
